Nelia Mazula is a Global Account Manager for Siemens. She has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and software industries. She was an early employee for 2 software start-ups and has held numerous management and leadership positions. She was the founder of a retail manufacturer and distributor. She was the Past President of the Society of Women Engineers Houston Area. She is currently the VP of Outreach for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Petroleum Division and the Immediate Past- President of FHPW. She has numerous certificates and over 20 published technical papers on digital strategies. Nelia has 5 software patents. She has been recognized globally as a technologist featured in the National Inventor’s Museum. For her leadership and innovation, she has appeared in numerous media outlets including KHOU Great Day Houston, KPRC News, Univision, and The Houston Chronicle. She was recently honored by the Houston Business Journal as a leading woman. Nelia is a certified professional project manager, and holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from ASU and an MBA from INSEAD.
