FHPW honors amazing leadership of motivated and active women from all the member organizations of the Federation. We showcase and recognize each member organization's outstanding professional at the Annual Awards Gala. Please submit your organization's Woman of Excellence details here.
Sheri L. Parrack served as the 2001 FHPW president and 2005-2008 Educational Foundation President. She was a committed steward to both organizations and for women of all ages, races, and backgrounds. We are proud to annually honor Sheri's name with our Diversity Excellence
Honoring businesses committed to diversity, whether for or not-for-profit. These nominees are submitted by FHPW Member organizations, though the company does not have to be a member. This award is for Small Businesses 10-99 employees, medium businesses 100-500 employees and Large Businesses of 501+ employees. Winners announced at the Gala.

The Budding Entrepreneur Award is designed to celebrate the trailblazers who are not only carving a niche in their industries but are also champions of diversity and inclusion.
This prestigious accolade is open to founders from a spectrum of underrepresented groups, acknowledging their unique backgrounds and the richness they bring to the entrepreneurial landscape.
These businesses have been in the business under 5 years who have a team of 1-10, showing innovation and creativity.

Honoring women who continue to lead! This award reconizes past Women of Excellence who have continued to make a lasting impact. With over five years of distinction and ten years of of FHPW support, theses leaders should inspire and uplift their communities.

This distinguished honor recognizes the exceptional achievements of women business owners within our FHPW member organizations. This person has been in business 5+ years, demonstrating not only financial success but also the ability to lead a team of up to 50 individuals.
