Representative Responsibilities

Attend FHPW quarterly events. Network with guests and other organization's members. Vote on business at hand. Report on meeting to your organization. Gather information from the federation web-site calendar of events and distribute to your organization.

Promote your organization's meetings by posting on the FHPW website calendar. Special events can be promoted through the e-news group, Facebook and Twitter.

Member vendor tables are available for $10 at quarterly events to display brochures and flyers.

Encourage all members to utilize the Federation web site.

Ensure that you and other interested members of your organization are part of the FHPW e-news group. Read more on how to sign up.

"Like" the Federation page on Facebook. Share event information and photos with friends and colleagues.

Educate yourself about the Federation. Educate others as well, so they will be effective at representing your organization at Federation events. To learn more about the Federation history and bylaws look elsewhere on this website.

...to the Federation

Represent your organization at FHPW quarterly events. Membership in FHPW may be terminated if organization has no representatives present at two consecutive Quarterly Events.

Serve on a committee or run for office, especially one in which you have special interest or expertise.

Adhere to deadlines. There are penalties for late membership dues and quarterly meeting late registration fees. Participation cannot be allowed if deadlines are missed for the Women of Excellence awards gala.

Inform FHPW directors and officers of your organizations concerns and questions.
